The music world was patiently waiting for Drake to release his Views album on April 29. Upon the album's release, it began making huge numbers strictly off of online downloads alone and could hit platinum in the first week.

Views was made available on Apple Music and iTunes exclusively for a limited time, so, if fans wanted to hear the highly anticipated album, they would have to oblige Apple.

With no physical copies released, Drake is doing heavy numbers on downloads alone.

"Drake's new Views album is set for a spectacular debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart," according to Billboard.

"Industry forecasters suggest the hip-hop star's latest effort could sell more than 800,000 copies in the U.S. in the week ending May 5."

Views is one of Drake's biggest project to date and its immediate success speaks volumes in terms of just how much fans are enjoying it. Let us know what you thought of Drizzy's latest project in the comments section below.
