MMM did not actually drop at 7 a.m. but was released as promised by Diddy who took to Instagram to make the announcement of the new project. The acronym MMM stands for Money Making Mitch.

"GOOD MORNING NYC!!!! Today is my birthday and I decided that all day I'm just going to walk around the city of New York and spend it with my people!" said Diddy in his Instagram video caption.

"Today is going to be a great day! Celebrate with me people! I give God all the glory for blessing me with another year!! #MMM COMES OUT TODAY!!!! I'm very excited! #letsgo"

Diddy could be seen walking down the streets of New York embracing the place that started it all for him and one of the most iconic homes of hip-hop.

He described the album as "a sonic motion picture" and stressed the fact the the project was free to all.

He also made an appearance on the Power 105.1 Breakfast Club show alongside Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee and DJ Envy. Some of the tracks off MMM were previewed including "All Or Nothing" featuring French Montana and Wiz Khalifa.

"All Or Nothing" features a fresh beat with a new age style of NY hip-hop.
