On tonight's season finale of "Running Wild with Bear Grylls" former NFL and MLB star Deion Sanders visits the survival specialist on a 48-hour survival adventure in the canyons and mesas of Utah.

Sanders (@DeionSanders) admitted he had never been camping before and he sure was in for a treat as Grylls (@BearGrylls) introduced him to the rough conditions of the outdoors. Some of the challenges Grylls and Sanders faced included repelling down steep rock faces and climbing 90-degree mesas.

While Grylls breezed through each challenge, Sanders made them look anything but easy.

However "Primetime" was able to successfully conquer each obstacle with the help of inspirational words from Grylls. At the end of the challenge both men learned valuable lessons from each other that they will apply to their own lives.

Each episode of the debut season of "Running Wild" featured Grylls welcoming a celebrity to join him on an adventure-filled survival trip in different environments. Celebrities who joined Grylls on his show include Zac Efron, Ben Stiller, Channing Tatum, Tom Arnold, and Tamron Hall.

Despite the tough challenges and elements the celebrities faced, they were able to have fun and take a positive experience out of it.
