Today's the day! Based in Philadelphia, The Kalob Griffin Band will be gracing the stage of Johnny Brenda's with their American rock and soulful sounds on Friday October 4th for their first big fall show.

The KGB consists of Kalob Griffin, Rob Dwyer, Eric Lawry, John Hildenbrand and Jonathan Davenport. The five Pennsylvanian bred men formed back in 2009 while studying together at Penn State University.

The guys set out last weekend for their fall tour, with some highlight shows in New York City, Gauley Fest and of course, their homecoming in Philadelphia at Johnny Brenda's.

"We usually just always have one big summer show and one big winter show in Philadelphia, with little shows in between", Lawry stated.

"This is our first fall show that we are doing, and its really cool that it fits perfectly at the end of our month away."

This fall tour and hometown show in Philadelphia is all leading up to the anticipation of the band's digital release of part one of their new EP. The three new songs will be available for download and streaming only, when they return from the road in a few short weeks.

Alongside The KGB will be Driftwood, a talented group from Ithica, New York, as well as another Philadelphian talent, Chelsea Mitchell, a local girl with an incredible voice.

Be sure to buy your tickets for only $10 in advance, for this show will easily sell out at the door, and you definitely don't want to miss a fun night at a great venue jamming out and drinking beers with the guys of The Kalob Griffin Band.

Come support local talent on Friday October 4th at Johnny Brenda's.

If you pre-order your tickets online and you email the band proof of your online receipt, you will receive a bundle of tracks from all bands playing that night.

Free bundle, cheaper tickets, no wait at will call - why not! The guys look forward to seeing you there!
