Eugenia Loli is a Californian artist of Greek origins.

She creates incredible collages, capable of representing a dreamlike universe full of creativity. Mixing science fiction with a touch of vintage, her illustrations revoke events from olden days that never actually happened if not in our imagination.

The utilization of digital graphic is a constant presence in her work, as it gives her the opportunity to go beyond the limits of traditional collage and to experiment more, still trying to keep some aspects of the handmade creation and make it look as if it was done on paper.

An excellent technique combined with the storytelling of her images and her art can suddenly carry us all in a surreal world.

"It's important for me to "say" something with my artwork, so for the vast majority of my work there's a meaning behind them," Loli stated about her artwork. "I usually do this via presenting a "narrative" scene in my collages, like there's something bigger going on than what's merely depicted.

Sometimes the scene is witty or sarcastic, some times it's horrific with a sense of danger or urgency, some times it's chill. I leave it to the viewer's imagination to fill-in the blanks of the story plot."
