Cassadee Pope Officially Releases Her New Song Called 'Take You Home' On YouTube

Country and pop singer Cassadee Pope has now officially released her new song on Good Friday. The new song she has released is called 'Take You Home' and it's available to listen to via multiple different platforms.

You can listen to the song now on YouTube, Spotify, iTunes, Google Play and also Amazon Music.

So far, only the audio for the song has been released so we will have to wait at a later date to see if a music video is revealed.

The song 'Take You Home' was a song lyric that was given to by Cassadee Pope's friend and she loved it when she first heard about it.

It's basically about Pope meeting a boy she likes and wanting to get to know him better.

Pope had a chance to be interviewed by Billboard and this song hits close to home mainly because she separated from her former boyfriend Rian Dawson last year.

Not to mention last year she also left her long time label too.

She said in the interview a lot more about the meaning behind the lyrics of the song 'Take You Home. You can read her comments from Billboard posted down below.

"Being single for the first time in eight years, I definitely felt those feelings when you meet somebody for the first time and you're like, 'I want to show you where I come from and I want to take you home but not in that fleeting way. I want to take you to my hometown and show you what shaped me"

Cassadee Pope is sure to release even more new songs in the near future so stay tuned for that. You can listen to her new song down below in the YouTube video.
