Today marked a huge ruling by the supreme court to legalize same-sex marriage across the entire U.S. and stars like Candice Accola, Kid Cudi, Elle DeGeneres, Danielle Campbell and more are sharing their joy for the decision.
"In a long-sought victory for the gay rights movement, the Supreme Court ruled on Friday that the Constitution guarantees a right to same-sex marriage," according to the New York Times.
"Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote the majority opinion in the 5 to 4 decision. He was joined by the court's four more liberal justices."
Now celebrities all over social media have been posting about how happy they are about the ruling. Ellen DeGeneres simply tweeted, "Love won.
#MarriageEquality." DeGeneres is a big advocate for the LGBT community and the ruling is surely one that will make the entire community celebrate today.
Below are a few other reactions including an emphatically positive response from Kid Cudi and a hilarious from popular YouTube Tyler Oakley followed by his thoughts on the ruling.
