Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is still killing it at the North American Box Office as the movie that came out last month is still beating out many new releases.

Not even Chris Hemsworth's new movie could derail The Rock and his pals off the train tracks.

As reported by Box Office Pro, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle grossed just over $20 million during the weekend to be at the top spot yet again.

The movie has now grossed an astounding $316 million in North America alone with a worldwide gross at $767 million worldwide.

Military movie, 12 Strong, wasn't able to shoot its way to the top despite starring the likes of Chris Hemsworth, Michael Shannon and Michael Pena. The film just grossed $16.5 million over the weekend making it in second place.

Den of Thieves was the only other major new release of this week and it just had to settle for the third position. It grossed around $15.3 million in its opening weekend in North America which is okay for a movie like this.

Still, Gerard Butler is not as big of a star he was a few years ago.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi still forced its way into the top 10 by grossing another $6.5 million this weekend.

The movie now has over $604 million in North America making it only the sixth film in history to gross over the $600 million mark domestically.

Things are going to stay relatively quiet for the remainder of January as no major movies are set to be released at the Box Office until February.

February 2018 will get a decent boost thanks to the releases of both Fifty Shades Freed and Marvel's Black Panther.
