Dev Hynes has been in the news recently after he alleged he was assaulted by security after his performance at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago.

The organizers of Lollapalooza have released the following statement:???

"Late Friday night, we learned of an incident involving an artist and a security guard on site.

Since then, we have been in contact with those involved and the authorities, as we work together to resolve the situation. As always, our top priority is to ensure the safety of everyone at the festival."??

Cupid Deluxe, Blood Orange's latest was released worldwide on November 12th 2013 on Domino records to rave reviews.

Hynes cites the inspiration behind Cupid Deluxe as "New York City, the Big Apple" as it describes his transition from Brooklyn to Manhattan.

The album features guest appearances from David Longstreth (of Dirty Projectors), Samatha Urbani, Adam Bainbridge, Skepta, and rising hip-hop sensations Clams Casino and Despot.?? ?
