Becky Lynch Wants To Face Ronda Rousey At WrestleMania 35

2018 is coming to a close which means people are now looking forward to the year ahead. One person looking ahead is WWE Superstar Becky Lynch as she wants to face someone really famous going into WrestleMania 35.

Becky Lynch talked about wanting to face Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35 during her appearance on the Edge and Christian podcast. RingsideNews.com provided the quotes as you can see down below.

"My prediction is that I back up what I say like I have for the past few months. I’m gonna walk out of these as the Women’s Champion. So if we look at the trajectory, I’d probably be the double-champ. Champ Champ. I’m gonna walk out of there as the SmackDown Women’s Champion and the RAW Women’s Champion. I’m gonna carry the whole company on my back and just walk right out of there like a donkey."

For several months it was rumored that the main event for WrestleMania 35 would have been a match between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair.

This is because Becky Lynch was originally scheduled to face Rousey at Survivor Series 2018 in a Champion vs Champion match.

Well those plans had to scrapped entirely thanks to Nia Jax legitimately punching Becky Lynch in the face causing her to miss Survivor Series 2018. Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey took place instead in a decent match.

Since Flair vs Rousey has already happened, the rumor is that the WrestleMania 35 main event will now be Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch.

It should be the main event since WWE has been pushing for the women in their division to get more equal opportunities now.
