Avengers: Infinity War Could Be The Longest MCU Film To Date

Avengers: Infinity War is out very soon and some cinema chains have put up listings for the film already. An early listing for the film suggests it might be the longest MCU movie released to date. 

A user on Reddit posted a picture (below) for Avengers: Infinity War's listing at SM Cinemas in the Philippines. It shows the runtime for the film to be 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) long. 

If this ends up being true, it will be the longest MCU film of all time. The previous longest film in the franchise has been Captain America: Civil War clocking in at 147 minutes long. 

The next longest films include The Avengers at 143 minutes while Avengers: Age of Ultron was 141 minutes long.

Two and a half hours seems like a decent length since many casual movie goers think three hours or more is too long for a film.

The Philippines is also one of the first countries to get the film released on April 25th, 2018. Other countries getting the film on that date include Australia, Belgium, Finland, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand and Sweden. 

If you live in the USA, you will have to wait until May 4th, 2018 to watch the film. Other countries are getting the film on April 26th, April 27th and May 3rd. 

IMDB notes Russia and Mexico are the countries getting the film last coming out on May 11th and November 27th respectively.

The film is set to be the biggest blockbuster of 2018 and could be one of the highest Box Office earners of all time.

For now, MCU fans can now watch Black Panther to get hyped for Infinity War. The movie is already breaking lots of records already.
