Avengers: Infinity War already grabbed the biggest opening weekend of all time in North America by grossing $257 million in its first three days. The previous record holder was Disney's own Star Wars: The Force Awakens which grossed $248 million back in 2015.

As reported by Box Office Pro, it looks like Disney is going to break its own record again later this year thanks to the release of Avengers: Endgame.

The highly anticipated sequel to Infinity War is currently projected to gross over $265 million in its opening weekend.

The website says the film could gross anywhere between $250 million to even $290 million in its opening weekend. There are no real factors that could hurt its Box Office earnings unless the film is bad, which is unlikely to happen.

In terms of its overall North America gross, Box Office Pro predicts the movie could go as high as $695 million domestically. This is higher than the $678 million earned by Avengers: Infinity War, but less than the $700 million Black Panther got.

A worldwide Box Office estimate has not been made so far, but it's a safe bet that Avengers: Endgame should gross over $2 billion like its immediate predecessor.

The biggest test is if it can be the highest grossing movie of all time by beating James Cameron's Avatar!

Avengers: Endgame releases in North America on April 26th, 2019. Regardless if it breaks records or not, it's still expected to be the highest grossing movie of 2019.
