Asuka And Daniel Bryan Could Have Surprising Opponents At WrestleMania 35

It's WrestleMania season right now, but we still don't know the matches that will be for the Smackdown Live champions. A report now suggests that champions Asuka and Daniel Bryan will have very surprising opponents.

As reported by Dave Meltzer (via NoDQ.com), the opponent for Asuka to face at WrestleMania 35 is Lacey Evans. This match hasn't been set in stone just yet, but Lacey Evans is the number one candidate so far.

Many people wanted Asuka to face Charlotte Flair in a WrestleMania rematch, but that looks like it's not happening.

This is because Charlotte Flair is currently scheduled to be in the WrestleMania 35 main event against both Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch.

Another surprising report also suggests an outside name will face Daniel Bryan for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 35. It looks like Kofi Kingston will only get his rematch at Fastlane, but won't be successful.

The possible names for Daniel Bryan to face at WrestleMania 35 include the following wrestlers: Bray Wyatt, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, Kurt Angle, John Cena, Batista and Undertaker.

For now, all of this news is a rumor so plans could change between now and WrestleMania 35.

I'm hoping Kofi Kingston gets another shot at Daniel Bryan because he really deserves to be WWE Champion after this performance at Elimination Chamber.
