Art Truancy: Jonathan LeVine Gallery Celebrates 20 Years of Juxtapoz Magazine

Starting Thursday, May 15th, the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in NYC will be hosting a group exhibition to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Juxtapoz Magazine.

Over 40 artists will be exhibiting at the gallery, including Shepard Fairey, Jeremy Fish, Alex Pardee, Miss Van, Camille Rose Garcia, Jeff Soto, Tara McPherson, Mark Ryden, and Gary Baseman, among others.

This is just one of many special events taking place in the United States in honor of the contemporary art mag's milestone.

The opening reception for Art Truancy: Celebrating 20 Years of Juxtapoz Magazine, will take place Thursday, May 15th from 6-8 PM and will run through June 14th 2014. It will take place in both locations of the Jonathan LeVine Gallery (557C West 23rd St.

and 529 W 20th in Chelsea).
