Filming for Terminator 6 is underway and now star Arnold Schwarzenegger has confirmed that he's currently on the set filming the new movie as we speak.

This will be the 5th time he will star in a Terminator movie since only a digital version of the actor was included in Terminator Salvation.

This latest report comes from The Terminator Fans as Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed his involvement in Terminator 6 in a recent video. You can read Schwarzenegger's transcribed comments posted down below.

"Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama, I want to congratulate you for this great event and I’m sorry I cannot be with you but I’m currently shooting ‘Terminator 6’ and so this is why I’m not there; otherwise I would have been there because this is a terrific event and you have shown terrific leadership. I mean, you’re really kicking some serious butt, so we are very, very proud of you. So thank you very much for everything that you do and you’re a great leader in the environmental movement. Thank you."

Another interesting tidbit is that The Terminator Fans speculate this might be the first time that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be wearing a beard as a terminator. This will make his character look far different than his previous iterations.

Even though this will be the sixth Terminator movie, it won't be following the same storyline as Terminator: Genisys.

Instead, this new Terminator movie follows many years after the events of Terminator 2 so it's also skipping Termimator 3 and Terminator Salvation's storylines too.
