Here's a great Howard Stern Show story:

A top restaurant in Russia is now offering mouth-watering "River Rat Burgers." In fact, at the restaurant you can also get river rat hot dogs, river rat dumplings, and a lettuce-wrapped rat. And it's not cheap either.

At nearly $10, you may just be better off at McDonalds (maybe). The guy who runs the restaurant, Takhir Kholikberdiev, claims that they're totally safe to eat and healthy, and he says the rats are very clean.
