Marvel Studios' track record continues to ride high because it sounds like the critics are loving Ant-Man and the Wasp at the moment. This is because it has a very healthy rating over on Rotten Tomatoes.

If you visit Rotten Tomatoes' website, you can see that Ant-Man and the Wasp has a rating of 90 percent as of time of writing. 57 reviews are fresh with only six reviews being rotten.

More reviews will be revealed soon, but it's a sign that the movie will have good word of mouth. You can read the critics consensus posted down below.

"A lighter, brighter superhero movie powered by the effortless charisma of Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly, Ant-Man and The Wasp offers a much-needed MCU palate cleanser."

The score for the film is at 7/10 meaning most reviewers would have given the movie 3.5/5 stars.

It's being said that Evangeline Lilly is the star of the show since she has a lot more screen time in this movie compared to the first one that came out in 2015.

Speaking of the 2015 film, that movie currently has a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 82 percent. This is one of the examples that a sequel is better than the original since more critics like the second offering.

This bodes well for both Marvel Studios and Disney which are having a great 2018. Black Panther impressed everybody when it came out in February while Avengers: Infinity War has grossed over $2 billion at the worldwide Box Office.
