"90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After" Episode 3 Recap: Danielle Finally Files An Annulment

The follow up to Mohamed's flight from Ohio is finally here. Will he begin a relationship with Luisa? We'll find out in this episode of "90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After."

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After - Mohamed and Danielle

In the opener to this episode, Mohamed arrives in South Carolina to meet with Luisa. Luisa comments that she's known Mohamed for a long time and she wants to support him. Mohamed notes that Luisa is beautiful.

Still, it's clear that Mohamed intends to adhere to his cultural roots when he indicates it's important for him eat the right kind of meat at the restaurant they head to.

Mohamed notes he's never been around any other women other than Danielle.

Mohamed and Luisa then drive to Miami. Mohamed stresses the importance of he and Luisa sleeping apart given that he's still married to Danielle.

Meanwhile, Danielle discusses her worries about Mohamed's relationship with her friend. Danielle's friend thinks Danielle needs to face reality and recognize that Mohamed will do whatever he needs to do and use whoever he needs to use in order to get what he wants.

She encourages Danielle to take legal action so that she can stop Mohamed.

Once she's thought over her discussion with her friend Beth, Danielle decides to visit a lawyer to find out what her options are. Danielle is informed that she'll need to consider whether to get an annulment or a divorce.

Her lawyer advises her to get an annulment if what she's looking for is revenge. Shockingly, Danielle then heads off to the courthouse to file an annulment.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After - Russ and Paola

When we meet Russa and Paola, the topic du jour is once again money. Paola notes that she's the only one working right now and she heads out to shoot her commercial.

Paola starting talking to people on the shoot and learns that if she wants to book more gigs, she needs to be living in a big city.

Paola admits it's definitely a goal for her to move to a place like Miami build her career.

When Paola get back home, she decides she has to convince Russ to let her stay in Miami for some time. Paola notes that she could stay with her friend, Jeni in Miami.

Despite his reservation, Russ agrees that he shouldn't hold Paola back.

Paola then starts packing for her extended trip to Miami. Russ expresses his concerns about Paola packing some skimpy clothing for her trip. While Paola is away, Russ plans to continue to look for work.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After - Melanie and Devar

Melanie and Devar decide to take a trip to Jamaica to meet up with his family. Melanie is worried about Devar wanting to give his sister too much money. When they meet up with Devar's sister, Melanie is surprised to find out that Devar's sister hasn't worked for 5 months.

Melanie makes it clear that if Devar's sister isn't working but continues to demand money, she's not going to get it. Melanie is shocked when Devar hands out cash to his younger sister, and even more shocked by his sister's lack of appreciation.

It's clear, Melanie doesn't plan to let this happen to often.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After - Brett and Daya

On meeting Brett and Daya again, we see that Brett has taken up a hobby of rapping. Since they've been married, Daya got her green card and a job.

The couple has also bought a house but it turns out that the house is on the high end of the price range and Brett admits that he'll have to put in extra hours at work to make ends meet.

Brett fears what his mother might say about his purchasing too expensive a home. Daya is upset to hear Brett's mom criticize their decision to purchase such an expensive home.
