20th Century Fox Sets Official Release Dates For Avatar 2, Deadpool 2 And More

20th Century Fox announced the release dates for many films that it will be releasing in the near future.

We now have a tentative timeline to when movies like the Avatar sequels, Deadpool 2 and a lot of other films will be coming out. It's going to be an interesting time to be a movie fan.

As reported by Box Office Mojo, 20th Century Fox has announced several release dates for its movies coming out next year and in the foreseeable future.

It seems as if James Cameron has finally settled for proper release dates for his Avatar movies. It is going to be a long wait for fans of the franchise.

Anyway, Avatar 2 will be out on December 18th, 2020.

This will be 11 years after the original came out in December 2009. The third movie is out December 17th, 2021, the fourth on December 20th, 2024 and then the last movie is out on December 19th, 2025.

Four Avatar sequels sounds like a lot, but never count out James Cameron.

It's possible the franchise could be popular again after the long wait. The first movie still remains to this day to be the highest grossing movie of all time at the worldwide box office.

Fans of the X-Men movies will be happy as release dates have also been confirmed for Deadpool 2, New Mutants and Dark Phoenix. New Mutants is coming out first on April 13th, 2018.

After that, Deadpool 2 will be released in the Summer with a release date of June 1st, 2018. Finally, Dark Phoenix is due out on November 2nd, 2018.

20th Century Fox also revealed dates for other movies. The Predator will be out on August 3rd, 2018 and Kingsman The Golden Circle has been pushed up a week with a new release date of September 22nd, 2017.
