The Stronach Group, owners of the legendary Preakness Stakes and Pimlico Race Course, revealed that Grammy and Billboard award-winning electronic music artist Zedd will be the special guest artist joining the 2017 Preakness Budweiser InfieldFest on Saturday, May 20.

Budwesier InfieldFest is an eclectic music festival that takes place amid one of the most anticipated and attended annual sporting events, the Preakness Stakes, the Middle Jewel of the Triple Crown.

The event attracts fans from around the world that flock to Baltimore and the Washington D.C. region to take part in the weeklong celebration of the sport of thoroughbred horse racing.

Zedd's current single "Stay" with Alessia Cara is an international hit, rapidly climbing Global Spotify Charts (current #10), #9 at US Top 40 radio and approaching top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The classically trained pianist delved into electronic music in 2009 and has since worked with artist like Selena Gomez, Kesha and Hayley Williams.

With the addition of Zedd to the already incredible entertainment lineup that includes country superstar Sam Hunt along with Good Charlotte, LOCASH and High Valley, music lovers of all genres will enjoy an unforgettable day of entertainment, horse racing, fashion and fun.

Since 2009, The Stronach Group has partnered with I.M.P., renowned independent promoters and owners of the famed 9:30 Club, operators of Merriweather Post Pavilion and The Lincoln Theatre, and soon to open The Anthem at D.C's Southwest waterfront, to deliver a top tier festival experience on the InfieldFest main stage.

The Preakness and Budweiser InfieldFest are expected to draw over 130,000 fans on race day and can be seen nationwide via the live NBC broadcast from 4:30-6:45pm EST.
