"Antidote" is another one of those Travi$ Scott bangers that fans are really going to enjoy until the release of "Rodeo." The song features more singing from Scott but it's executed in a bit of a Kanye West fashion. It's Trill, it's hyped, it's energetic and trippy.

The song contains everything that Scott represents in his music. After releasing his first single "3500" featuring 2 Chainz and Future, the buzz began to skyrocket over Scott's new project.

"After teasing new music on Twitter earlier today, Travis Scott has delivered on his promise, sharing new solo cut, 'Antidote,'" commented HotNewHipHop.

"This one is a little more subdued than your average Scott record, featuring melodies that are more nuanced than his preferred style of inspired auto-tuned blurting."

In the album art for the solo track, Scott left a short not that read "Rodeo soon, Sincerely Travis." There has yet to be a release date announced for the project which alludes to the fact that Scott might be pulling one of those surprise releases similar to Drake's "If You're Reading This It's Too Late." The first couple of releases featured heavy beats with dark undertones. Scott uses a lot of layers and variations in his production to fans might expect much more of those once "Rodeo" hits.
