The hold up seems to be Scott's record label Epic Records who he says he is going back and forth with in order to release the project in the right way.

The tweet only caused Scott fans to show how much they support him in his career.

There is no tracklist for the project and there is also no news as to whether or not there are any big collaborations on the project and the secrecy surrounding it is adding more hype and anticipation to the mix.
