Teen Wolf's Tyler Posey Hosting Teen Choice Awards

Actor and Teen Choice Award winner Tyler Posey is set to host Teen Choice 2014, airing live Sunday, August 10 at 8 p.m ET on FOX. In addition, music groups MAGIC! and Rixton will turn up the heat on the TEEN CHOICE stage during their live performances.

Fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day per category for their favorite Teen Choice 2014 nominees at www.teenchoiceawards.com. Voting ends at 11:59 PM PT on Saturday, Aug. 9.

Teen Choice 2014 celebrates the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web. Previously announced stars scheduled to appear are Keegan Allen, Jake T. Austin, Tyler Blackburn, Lucy Hale, Big Show, Jamie Blackley, Ian Harding, Kellan Lutz, MKTO, Chloe Grace Moretz, Cody Simpson, Hailee Steinfeld, Gregg Sulkin, Bella Thorne and Zendaya. The special also will feature a previously announced performance by Jason Derulo. Additional presenters, performers and nominees to be announced soon.

Posey stars on "Teen Wolf," currently in its fourth season. Last year, the series received a Teen Choice 2013 Award for "Choice Summer TV Show," and Posey received the award for "Choice Male Summer TV Star," as well as an ALMA Award for "Favorite TV Actor." Most recently, he was named one of Variety's "Power of Youth" honorees.

He received the award earlier this year in recognition of the work he has done with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Last year, Posey appeared on the big screen in "Scary Movie 5." He also starred in the indie film "White Frog" and in the upcoming feature comedy "Taco Shop," scheduled for release in 2015.
