Taylor Swift continues to dominate thanks to the release of her 'Reputation' album that came out earlier this month. The album is already one of the best selling of 2017 and sales don't seem to be slowing down at the moment.

As reported by Billboard, Taylor Swift's album 'Reputation' remained No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart. This is the second straight week that the album was placed on the top of the chart.

For the week ending November 23rd, the album managed to sell an additional 232,000 traditional album units. If streams and other data is included, 256,000 were sold. The album as a whole has already amassed 1.238 million units which were sold last week.

That said, the full album has yet to be put on major streaming services such as Spotify. The only songs available to listen to are the four singles that she released from the album earlier this year.

Every other previous Taylor Swift album is up on Spotify, so it's just a matter of time until the full version of 'Reputation' is added. The numbers would have been higher if streaming data was available.

It will be interesting to see if the new album is able to stay at the top of the charts for the rest of 2017.

Adele's 25 managed to stay on top for 10 consecutive weeks when that album was released almost two years ago.

The success of 'Reputation' shows how much social media reach Taylor Swift currently has.

She didn't need to go on talk shows or use other traditional forms of media to help promote the album. Most of the album's promotional material was put up online via YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
