Ronda Rousey, the current UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion, is getting ready for her fight against Bethe Correia in UFC 190. She posted a video to her Facebook account, working combinations in the mountains "Rocky IV style."

According to Rousey, it's the best start to training she's ever had. The video shows Rousey working different boxing combinations. She started out as a jukoda, but it is clear that she has developed her game as a striker.

Rousey is currently undefeated in her MMA career. Not only has she never been beaten, but only one fighter, Miesha Tate, has made it out of the first round while fighting her.

This fight, however, has a personal edge to it. Bethe Correia is the seventh ranked competitor, according to UFC's official website.

But she is also undefeated. In addition, she has been taking personal shots at Rousey before the fight--some of which have based on Rousey's new book, My Fight/ Your Fight.

Correia took things to a new level when she made a joke about suicide, something that Rousey's father did when she was young. In response to this, Rousey promised Correia "comeuppance" at UFC 190.

Correia responded to this, and apologized to the champion.

UFC 190 is in August, and Rousey vs. Correia will be the main event of the evening. For more about Ronda Rousey, visit her official website here.
