One of Tina Fey's most prominent features is the faint scar that runs along that left side of her face.

Though she rarely talks about what happened, she was open and honest with a magazine a few years ago.

"It's impossible to talk about it without somehow seemingly exploiting it and glorifying it," Fey, 38, told Vanity Fair in 2008.

When she was 5-years-old the future "30 Rock" star was violently attacked by a stranger while she was playing in her family's yard in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.

He cut her cheek with a knife though the young Fey had no idea at the time what had happened.

"She just thought somebody marked her with a pen," her husband, Jeff Richmond told the magazine.
