American Horror Story fans can rejoice: the setting for this upcoming season has just been announced.

The internet was buzzing about what season 4 might have in store; they'd already done the haunted house bit, the asylum, and the coven, so what could they possibly come up with next? There were quite a bit of rumors circulating and fan art surfacing, but it wasn't until just recently that anything was confirmed. According to Douglas Petrie, a writer and co-executive producer for the show, 'AHS' will, in fact, be set in a circus (oh boy!).

Our brains are simply bustling with the possibilities: the snake woman, siamese twins, the strong-man, the fire guzzler...the list goes on and on and on.

Fans will also be glad to know that most of the original cast will be playing roles in the upcoming season, including Jessica Lange and Sarah Paulson.

As to whether or not golden boy Evan Peters will be returning to the show is still up for debate (sorry, ladies). We're excited to see who the guest stars will be this time around.

Alas, we will have to wait until October, when the fourth season is expected to premiere on FX, to find out.
