Anyone who is anyone who subscribes to PewDiePie's YouTube channel and is seeing a lack of new videos has been wondering one of two things: Is PewDiePie slacking on the job, or is YouTube broken and sad and in need of a hug? Pewds assures it's the latter.

In light of a number of complaints, Internet celebrity Felix Kjellberg (aka PewDiePie) took to YouTube on Monday to address the video sub-box lag.

"The same thing happened last year," Pewds says in his video. "This is kind of a reoccurring problem with YouTube, but it seems to happen to me a lot."

PewDiePie wants to clarify that he is, in fact, uploading at least one video per day. Fans, followers and subscribers may have to visit youtube.com/pewdiepie to see the latest videos until the error is fixed.

"I contacted YouTube," Pewds says. "I hope they're going to fix it as soon as possible. I'm sure they're trying." He will most likely return to posting his usual two once the problem is gone.

While Pewds had us on the line, he also addressed the issue of comments and criticism about the amount of time and care he puts in to his videos. He says it is frustrating, because he does care, and when he speaks sarcastically about his fame and the amount of subscribers he has, he hopes viewers will not take him too seriously.

"I know most people get it," Pewds says. "But I just hate how people keep putting these slams on me, which are untrue, just because."

He'd also really appreciate some constructive feedback to make his channel the best it could possible be. "If there's something that you don't maybe like about me, or my channel, or whatever, I appreciate it," he says. I want to hear about it, I want to hear what you bros feel, and I really do listen to it.

But I need something better. Something like, 'Oh PewDiePie, I really miss when you used to play horror games, maybe you can play this game' and give a recommendation. Instead of saying, 'Play more horror games, ya bitch!'"

Overall, Pewds wants to you to know he loves you. "Everyone who's watching my videos, and appreciate it, I appreciate you."
