Maryland Progressive Metal band Periphery have asked their fans to pick the setlist for their upcoming tour via Twitter today. The band also hinted at releasing new material before apparently changing their minds.

To tide themselves over, fans and gear nerds alike can watch the band's awesome studio updates for now.

Periphery will be hitting the road later this month with The Contortionist, Intervals, and Toothgrinder for their "Escape from The Studio" tour. As the name suggests, Periphery is currently in the studio recording their third studio album, Juggernaut.

Their latest EP, Clear, was released earlier this year on Sumerian Records. The band's most recent full-length Periphery II: This Time is Personal was released July 3rd, 2012 and peaked at #44 on The Billboard Top 200 Chart.
