Official Pokemon Go Releases A Ditto Capture Video

Pokemon Go is arguably he single best thing to happen to mobile gaming in quite some time, over the last couple of months, after a slight decline in players, the game has taken off again.
Why? Well, Ditto is now a live character in the game. The tricky part is actually finding Ditto.
Trainers began reporting that they were catching Ditto and posted it all over social media. The Pokemon Go universe went into a frenzy and now, everyone is looking for Ditto.
Given the history of the character, Ditto is able to take the form of any Pokemon. The most frequent reports of Ditto captures have been from Rattatas, Pidgeys and Zubats, however, other Pokemon have been cited as Ditto.
With the new capture video below, the official Pokemon Go YouTuber channel released a statement dishing more details on Ditto.
"Ditto has been known to disguise itself as other Pokemon, so keep an eye out, some Pokemon may actually be Ditto, and when you capture them, there's a chance that Ditto will reveal itself.
If you do encounter a Pokemon that is Ditto in disguise, the Pokemon in that specific encounter will also reveal itself as Ditto for other Trainers," according to the caption of the video.
"Ditto is also a unique Pokemon when you interact with Gyms.
When training or battling at a Gym, Ditto will copy the appearance, types, and moves of the first Pokemon it sees, and it will stay that way through the remainder of those Gym battles."
These new in-game releases and events like the Halloween event in October seem to be drawing players back to the game and we're expecting to see a huge boost when the second generation of Pokemon are unleashed.
