What's going on with Nickelodeon's Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn? The show, which has had consistently great ratings for Nick, suddenly has an uncertain future after Mace Coronel (Dicky) exits, and cast members are making cryptic social media posts about the show.

Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn's Lizzy Greene Posts Cryptic Statement

Earlier this month, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn fans were surprised to hear that Mace Coronel had left the show.

Although both Nick and Coronel argued that the exit was due to mutual agreement, the whole thing seemed suspicious, as rumors of infighting had surfaced.

But yesterday, things turned up a notch after Dawn (Lizzy Greene) posted this on Instagram:

...have a wonderful day, and remember when they go low, we go high?z?S?z'o I stand behind my work 100% on NRDD and I stand behind the way I treated others, with kindness! Even when they were putting me down. Now a new chapter begins....?z(TM)Sat?d,Z xoxo #nobulliesallowed

What is Greene referring to? Why is she saying she stands by her work on Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn? Does "new chapter" mean the show is over? And who was putting her down?

Rumors of Infighting on the Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn

Mace Coronel left the show during the middle of taping Season 4, meaning that there will be several episodes without him coming up.

At the time, there were quite a few rumors that the cast members didn't get along, and that they were fighting "constantly". It all came to a head when Coronel posted this:

The rumors going around were that there was some sort of feud between Lizzy Greene, Casey Simpson, and Mace Coronel, since at one point, neither of the boys were following Lizzy Greene online.

But there's no evidence that the rumors were true.

So is Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn Cancelled?

Ever since Mace Coronel left the show, there have been questions about whether the show would be cancelled. As Season 4 wrapped up, many cast members posted photos and videos about the end, seemingly unsure if it would come back.

Kyla Drew Simmons wrote this on Instagram on September 23:

That's a Wrap Season 4 of NRDD!! I'm so grateful that I was blessed with the opportunity to bring the character Mae to life!! It has been an amazing ride and a life long learning experience. Thank you Mr.Dave and Mr.Paul for creating my character. Thank you to the entire cast and crew I absolutely loved working with you. Thank you Ms.Sherrill for keeping me feda?sd,Z. But now, with Lizzy Greene talking about "a new chapter", it seems like the show is likely to end.

It's unclear if she knows for sure that the show is going to end, but it certainly seems like she knows something.

We will have to wait a few weeks (or more) to find out if Nick will officially announce that there will be no season 5, but NRDD fans at this point should probably not get their hopes up.

As for the other stuff Lizzy Greene said -- about people putting her down -- we'll keep searching for answers.
