New Zealand Actor Has Been Cast In Deadpool 2 Alongside Ryan Reynolds

If you thought Deadpool was a funny movie, Deadpool 2 might be even funnier.

This is because Ryan Reynolds has revealed the movie's newest cast member and it's a young New Zealand actor that starred in one of the best films from 2016.

As revealed by Ryan Reynolds on Instagram, Julian Dennison will be joining the cast of Deadpool 2. He said: "Giving Julian Dennison a warm Deadpool welcome as we stare off into our beautiful future together.

#RickyBakerPool #NZ". People may know him better as Ricky Baker in the Taika Waititi directed Hunt for the Wilderpeople.

Taika Waititi tweeted out congrats by saying: "Never in my wilderpeoplest dreams would I have imagined this picture existing. But.... Yessss. @JulianDennison @VancityReynolds #SkuxLife".

If you have never seen Hunt for the Wilderpeople, it's worth checking out. You will get an idea of how funny Julian Dennison can be.

You also might get to see how Waititi is as a director. I've seen a lot of his other previous work and he has yet to disappoint me.

As a person that lives in New Zealand, it's great to see my fellow Kiwis making big in the entertainment world.

It's not too long ago that Lorde reached the top of the music world with her new album reaching number 1 in a lot of countries worldwide.

Anyway, we may have to wait a bit to see what type of character Dennison will be playing in Deadpool 2.

Judging by the picture taken, he might just be an ordinary human boy as opposed to being a mutant with super powers. Maybe more will be announced soon at SDCC.

More Kiwis are going to invade Hollywood with Thor: Ragnarok hitting cinemas later this year. That film is directed by Taika Waititi and stars Kiwi actor Karl Urban in a key role.
