New Nintendo Direct Airing 1/14 at 6 A.M PT

Nintendo will be talking about some upcoming releases in the next installment of Nintendo Direct. It will be airing on Nintendo's official Twitch page.

Nintendo announced the upcoming broadcast via Twitter, and they invited fans to get previews of some anticipated titles.

2015 will be big for Nintendo, and it will build on the previous year, which was a bright spot for the company: Bayonetta 2 launched as a Wii U exclusive, and Gamespot gave it a perfect review. In addition, Super Smash Bros.

for Wii U launched in December, and it doubled the sales of its titular console, according to VG247.

This year, the company is scheduled to release: Legend of Zelda, Star Fox, and Mario Maker.

"2014 may be over, but Nintendo's bread crumbs scattered over the past year lead to a bright 2015," Polygon stated. "There's a new Star Fox heading to Wii U, along with Yoshi's Woolly World, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse and a new, gorgeous The Legend of Zelda, which we finally got to see this year.

Then there's Mario Maker, the level editor that allows you to create your own Mario levels, Mario vs.

Donkey Kong, Mario Party 10, Xenoblade Chronicles X and Nintendo's revival of Devil's Third -- which previously belonged to the now-defunct THQ -- that will launch as a Wii U exclusive."
