Manu Bennett Returning As Deathstroke In Arrow TV Series

A very popular villain is returning to the Arrow TV series. Arguably the best villain in Arrow is coming back much to the excitement of fans all over the world.

Stephen Amell teased the return of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke on his official Twitter account today. He tweeted out: "Desperate times call for desperate measures. Welcome back @manubennett". He even posted the mask of Deathstroke which you can see down below.

Manu Bennett's version of Deathstroke was praised when he was a series regular on Season 2 of Arrow. Subsequent seasons of the series haven't been that good which has seen a decline in viewership over the years.

The return of Deathstroke may have been done in order to increase ratings. It's unknown how long Bennett is back in the role.

Not to mention we don't know if he's back for Season 5 or Season 6. In either case, a lot of Arrow viewers are really excited to see the return of the character. He's always been a total badass.

It's also cool to see the character back since the live action movie version is still up in the air. The movie Deathstroke being played by Joe Manganiello is in jeopardy thanks to script rewrites being made to Ben Affleck's The Batman.

It's now unknown if Manganiello is even going to have a big part in the film with all the changes being made to the story. Not to mention there is still no release date for the movie either.

Anyway, the return of Deathstroke is a chance for fans to return to watching Arrow. Many viewers stopped watching the show after Season 2 since the quality of the villains dropped dramatically after his absence.
