Ray J's personal assistant Morgan Hardman was ducking out of her duties, and Ray J was NOT happy about it.

At a major event where Ray J needed Hardman to be at his side, she decided to take on work for herself and took on the role of a celebrity correspondent.

Ray J was PISSED, but Morgan was super confused about why Ray J was upset.

"I thought you'd at least be happy for me," Morgan said.

Ray J felt like Morgan was taking advantage of him, and not fulfilling his duties as his assistant. "I feel disrespected, I feel like the business wasn't done," Ray J said.

"If you don't know you're my assistant, than you don't ever have to be assistant ever again," Ray J said.
"What. Am I fired?" Morgan asked.

Yes. She was.

While this episode of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" aired October 20, Hardman publicized allegations against Ray J at the end of September, claiming she no longer works for Ray J because he assaulted her.

According to an article by Hip Hollywood, Hardman was quoted on her Instagram to say: ""Tell the real reason I don't f*ck with you and why I don't work for you.

Because you put your hands on me in front of my child, talking about you gonna have me killed."

Could this factor play out in the rest of the season?
