Lenny Kravitz appeared on The Howard Stern Show Tuesday morning to talk about his music career and new album, when his love life entered the conversation. Is there hope for a future Mrs. Kravitz?

Hopes were heightened when Kravitz confessed he was single, though Stern questioned his dating chances. "You're never going to get married again, I get the feeling," said Stern.

"You have too much going on, you have a huge career, acting and singing. Maybe you just don't have the time."

"I think I just wasn't ready," Kravitz said, thinking about his first marriage, but says he's ready now. "I had to take a break.

I went through a lot of emotional things, a lot of deaths in my family. But now, I would love to be married. It just has to be the right person, at the right time."

Kravitz was married to American actress Lisa Bonet, best known for her role as Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show, before divorcing in 1993.

Since his divorce, he has reportedly dated a number of celebrities, including Victoria's Secret super model Adriana Lima and actress Nicole Kidman, but no one has been able to stick around.

"The hard part is that I'm always moving. It's the lifestyle," Kravitz said.

"When you have a tour booked for a year and half, you know where you have to be. You definitely have to find somebody who can move around."

Lenny Kravitz's tenth studio album, STRUT, is out Tuesday, September 23. The single release, THE CHAMBER, is an upbeat funk rock song about a woman who broke his heart.
