Deadpool 2 is not the only film that has been screened for critics this week because a number of them also got to see Solo: A Star Wars Story before the general public too.

The good news is that it sounds like Solo is a decent addition to the franchise and should please most Star Wars fans around the world.

Heroic Hollywood collected many tweets from critics that reacted to their first screening of Solo: A Star Wars Story. Many of the reviewers agree that the movie is an entertaining blast and a number of them praise the cast.

There were initial concerns that Alden Ehrenreich was not fit to play the main character of Han Solo, but it sounds like he knocks the role out of the park.

As for Donald Glover's Lando Carlrissian, he gets high praise from everyone that has seen the movie so far too.

Even though this film takes place years before A New Hope, there are still some major spoilers to see, so make sure to keep your eyes closed until you see the movie for all of the surprises.

There's a chance we could see cameos from characters that we have not seen in years.

The only critic that seems to have been disappointed by the film is Collider's Kristian Harloff. You can see what he had to say about the film in his tweet posted down below.

"Thought there is a lot of fun to be had with Solo but I was definitely disappointed. I’m sorry guys! But it seems like there are TONS who loved it. I’m only one opinion."

It's worth mentioning the real critics are the fans so it's best to make up your own mind. After all, critics loved Star Wars: The Last Jedi, but many average movie goers thought the opposite of it.
