Hulk Hogan was unceremoniously fired from the WWE a few years ago thanks to a leaked sex tape that showed him having a racist rant.

WWE fired him to avoid a PR disaster, although now it looks like the two sides are finally talking to one another again.

It's no secret that Hulk Hogan regrets the statements he said during the leaked sex tape and enough time has gone by for his heat to go down.

WWE is now thinking of bringing him back to possibly give him yet another Legends Contract.

As reported by PWInsider.com, WWE and Hulk Hogan are in talks for him to return. You can read WWE's statement on the matter down below.

"We have had discussions with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) about how he can help others learn from his mistakes, however, he is not under any contract with WWE."

Reportedly, there are already roles that WWE may want him to fill in the near future.

This includes inducting Hillbilly Jim into the Hall of Hame, Hogan taking part in the 50-man Royal Rumble event as well as him being the Smackdown GM.

Hogan has apologized many times for the racists remarks he made back in 2006. He feels saddened about what happened and hopes he can finally get some of his fans back.

Anyway, I can see WWE bringing back Hulk Hogan just to get more media attention leading up to WrestleMania 34.

WWE will just have to keep an eye on him if he is to go out and do his own media interviews.

The WWE Hall of Fame happens this year on April 6th, 2018 so we might know sooner rather than later if Hogan is returning very soon. It's always possible WWE can hold off his return until the night after WrestleMania 34.
