If you were listening to Howard Stern on Monday chances are you've heard him rave about a new show called Narcos on Netflix.

Stern and Stern fans who followed his lead in watching the show can now rejoice as a second season of the show has been announced.

"According to the Hollywood Reporter, Netflix has just signed on for another season of Narcos with a new show-runner and a stacked writing staff," according to Complex.

On Monday's Howard 100 show, Stern told the caller that he was on episode five of Narcos and he apparently likes it so much that he couldn't put it away.

"Howard said they have this new series called Narcos and it's the story of Pablo Escobar. He said he was the 7th richest man in the world because of drug dealing," according to MarksFriggin.

"Howard said he offered to pay off Columbia's debt if they let him come back. Howard said they had so much money that they had to bury it in the ground.

Howard said that he was brilliant at what he did. Howard said he was making $60 million a day."

Stern also told listeners that Narcos is about the DEA's mission to take down Escobar. The show has become so popular that it's getting a second season and we're quite sure Stern will be happy about that.
