Tuesday on the Howard Stern Show, Stern went off again about Jay Leno, and how unhappy he would be to have to work with him.

The conversation was sparked when a caller asked if Stern could judge "America's Got Talent" with Jay Leno sitting right beside him. Stern started off saying he could work with anyone, but had a second thought about Leno.

"I don't like the guy, I think he's a phony," Stern said.

"He used to be such a great comic, he was so real in the clubs, he was so on target." But after Leno started on The Tonight Show, Stern really lost his respect for the guy.

"He became such a bulls*** artist."

In mid-October, Stern went off about Leno when Leno said he didn't have Joan Rivers on his show out of respect for Johnny Carson.

Stern called the man out as being full of s***, and had many more choice words for the late-night talk show host. "I don't get who this guy is," Stern said.

Stern doesn't hate Leno as much as he hates ISIS, he would simply not want to work with him on "America's Got Talent." While Stern just does his thing, and judges the talent, his curent judging comrades are harmless and likable.

Stern believes there is good chemistry.

"I like them very much," Stern said about his co-judges. "Nick Cannon is more instrumental to the show than any of us."

Do you think Leno would ever be a contender for a judge on "America's Got Talent?"
