When it comes to media moves, Howard Stern has had some pretty strong opinions.

He previously weighed in on Michael Strahan's move to Good Morning America and following the return of Kelly Ripa after he short break, Stern weighed in once again on the SiriusXM radio show.

Stern said that the reason Ripa took the break from the show was because she felt blindsided by the news that Strahan would be leaving the show.

He also stated that her husband married him and his wife Beth so there is a possibility that Stern knows a lot more than most of the articles circulating.

The host then broke into some of his own advice that he would give her if they talked as often as they did.

"Howard said people in show business don't have people to talk to them in a moment like this.

Howard said he thinks about giving people advice but he's been through every type of management f**k you so he had a lot of feelings about this," according to MarksFriggin.

"Howard said WNBC almost broke him. He said it was 10 times worse than it was in the movie.

Howard said that they f**ked with him so much right from the start over there at NBC. Howard said everyone there knew how they were f**king with him. He said it was a lesson in humiliation and frustration."

Stern said he was pretty emotional during this time stating that he felt like he was going to be brought to his knees to cry. He said that Ripa is making $20 million a year and if he felt comfortable calling her he would have told her to take a deep breath and go to work.

He didn't really agree with Ripa taking the break from the show but said he wasn't criticizing her at all. Ripa did later on return to the show and delivered a message to the viewers.
