When Howard Stern first started discussing Periscope, it was being used by Wack Packers like Jeff The Drunk.

However, it seems as if Stern is a big fan of the technology and took some time to discuss it during his Howard 100 radio show.

"Howard said this Periscope thing has given everyone their chance to be on TV," according to MarksFriggin.

"Howard said Howie has found Periscope. Howard said the technology is great and it empowers people to have a TV broadcast.

Howard said he can see all kinds of cool applications for that. Howard said he told Beth she could put the camera on the kittens."

Stern was talking about his "America's Got Talent" co-host Howie Mandel who he said is on the Periscope app all the time.

Stern hailed High Pitch Eric the worst of the Periscope bunch because he has no punchlines or explains why he hates Mayor de Blasio.

"Howard said Hanzi is doing Periscope too. Howard said he's so f**king paranoid.

Howard said that JD watched Hanzi and Gary asked him what it looks like. JD told him it's all black behind him," according to the MarksFriggin report.

"Howard said that's what they pictured his basement looking like.

Howard said that Hanzi is there all f**ked up saying sh*t that doesn't make any sense.

Howard played some audio of Hanzi doing his thing and talking about how Howard controls everything and saying he was going to delete the app because he feels like it's always watching him."

Hanzi also said some pretty harsh and explicit things about Jillian Barberie who was once a guest on the Stern Show.

While he does like the platform, Stern talked about it being a bit overbearing when it came to Mandel's use of the app. The discussion however, wavered back and forth between Periscope and "America's Got Talent."
