Luckily for Lauren Graham and the Ellen Show, the Gilmore Girls: A Year In the Life set happens to share the studio, so it's no surprise that Graham is appearing for the second time in less than a week.

This time she talks about her new book.

Graham opened up about playing her character Lorelai Gilmore in the the past and in the upcoming four-part mini-series, Gilmore Girls: A Year In the Life. Graham said it was so interesting to her that she started writing about it.

Her book of essays which she hopes are humorous, should be coming out concurrent with the premiere of the new Netflix and Gilmore Girls collaboration.

The book will be titled, "Talking As Fast As I Can" and Graham said DeGeneres is in her book several times.

She said that she wrote about how supportive DeGeneres is for her and also wrote about, "how you can't be vegan for Ellen."

Graham said she realized it wasn't possible to be more like DeGeneres and it started to sound like, Single White Female.

DeGeneres said she is honored and flattered and that Graham is incredibly talented. You can watch the Lauren Graham and Ellen DeGeneres interview in the video below.
