School is back in session and what better way is there to get us all back in the groove than to watch the "Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story."

In 1988, the concept for "Saved By The Bell" was presented and the next year the show was on TV. It quickly gained attention and became a favorite for kids and teens in the early 90's.

The Show ended in 1993 and although the producers attempted to do some spin offs, like "Saved By The Bell: The College Years," they were not very successful.

Interestingly, the actor who played "Screech," Dustin Diamond, wrote a tell all memoir about the behind the scenes of the show in 2009, titled "Behind The Bell." His book quickly gained attention, albeit some was negative, like Mark-Paul Gosselaar's who played Zack Morris.

Lifetime has recently picked up the idea to do a movie about Dustin Diamond's view of "Saved By The Bell" and the television network has been releasing teaser bits in order to hype up the movie's release.

Most recently, a five minute trailer was released which is more than enough to stir some interest in old fans.

IMDB has the release date slated as September 1. With that release date only a few days away we can only wait to see if the movie will live up to exceptions.
