In one week Harry Potter fans will be flocking to theaters to see a film that serves as a precursor to all of the wizardry and magic.

Eddie Redmayne, star of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and his long-time friend, actress, Lily Collins both happened to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Coincidence? We think not.

Prior Collins joining Fallon and Redmayne on stage, the host and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them star chatted about the film.

They particularly talked about a mating call that Redmayne had to use in the film. Fallon wanted to know what the research was and Redmayne said that the dialog and description in the script was very detailed.

He told Fallon that he was reading the script and when he saw he had to perform a mating call, he did a bit of a double take.

Redmayne did some research to find the perfect mating call and send a couple of them to the directors for feedback. Redmayne then proceeded to give Fallon a lesson on performing the perfect mating call.

Later on the guys were joined by Collins who said she had known Redmayne for a long time. Her mom used to host photo shoots in their backyard.

One day she came home and Redmayne was in their backyard by a fake airplane modeling.

She hung out with Redmayne and when they finally saw each other again at an award party, they were both taken aback. You can check out their story and much more in The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon video below.
