Dave Bautista has been a busy man in Hollywood starring in big movies such as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and Blade Runner 2049 just to name a few.

However, the man is not forgetting his past and may come back for one more run in the WWE.

Dave Bautista last appeared for the professional wrestling company back in 2014. His run was cut short thanks to WWE booking him the wrong way. Despite that mishap, the man wants to return for one more proper run.

Bautista expressed interest in returning when he appeared on Jim Ross' podcast (via Cageside Seats). You can read some of his comments about a potential return down below.

The short answer to that is yes, I would love to go back, but the reason I have not gone back is because I don't want to do a one off. I want to go and I want to wrestle. I want to do some house shows, I want to be a part of the program and I love it. The one off thing, the cheap pop thing, it doesn't do anything for me

Scheduling remains to be his biggest concern. It takes several months to get back into wrestling shape, while some movie producers don't like to see actors getting injured.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has never wrestled again since 2013 thanks to him getting injured during a match with John Cena. After that match, The Rock has not been allowed to wrestle ever since.

Bautista says he has contacted Vince McMahon (WWE Owner) for a return in hopes to wrestle Triple H. Bautista wants his last match with Triple H before he retires from professional wrestling for good.
