They did it. Wikileaks has released the first of many Hillary Clinton documents, this one apparently containing the Wall Street transcripts. We're going through them and we will update this article with all of the latest.

Julian Assange appeared earlier this week at the Wikileaks 10th anniversary in Berlin, and although he was expected to release information on Hillary Clinton at the time, he didn't do it. But now it has happened.

It had been hypothesized for several months that Julian Assange and Wikileaks have a large cache of emails from Clinton, which Assange claims contain some earth-shattering revelations.

Assange has hinted that this cache of emails came from DNC staffer Seth Rich, who was mysteriously murdered earlier in the year.

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #927 - The Big One: Speeches

I'm Kind Of Far Removed" From The Struggles Of The Middle Class "Because The Life I've Lived And The Economic, You Know, Fortunes That My Husband And I Now Enjoy. And I am not taking a position on any policy, but I do think there is a growing sense of anxiety and even anger in the country over the feeling that the game is rigged. And I never had that feeling when I was growing up." [Hillary Clinton Remarks at Goldman-Black Rock, 2/4/14]

But If Everybody's Watching, You Know, All Of The Back Room Discussions And The Deals, You Know, Then People Get A Little Nervous, To Say The Least. So, You Need Both A Public And A Private Position. You just have to sort of figure out how to -- getting back to that word, "balance" -- how to balance the public and the private efforts that are necessary to be successful, politically, and that's not just a comment about today. [Clinton Speech For National Multi-Housing Council, 4/24/13]

Clinton Said That The Blame Placed On The United States Banking System For The Crisis "Could Have Been Avoided In Terms Of Both Misunderstanding And Really Politicizing What Happened." That was one of the reasons that I started traveling in February of '09, so people could, you know, literally yell at me for the United States and our banking system causing this everywhere. Now, that's an oversimplification we know, but it was the conventional wisdom. And I think that there's a lot that could have been avoided in terms of both misunderstanding and really politicizing what happened with greater transparency, with greater openness on all sides, you know, what happened, how did it happen, how do we prevent it from happening? You guys help us figure it out and let's make sure that we do it right this time. And I think that everybody was desperately trying to fend off the worst effects institutionally, governmentally, and there just wasn't that opportunity to try to sort this out, and that came later. [Goldman Sachs AIMS Alternative Investments Symposium, 10/24/13]

"When I was a Senator from New York, I represented and worked with so many talented principled people who made their living in finance. But even thought I represented them and did all I could to make sure they continued to prosper, I called for closing the carried interest loophole and addressing skyrocketing CEO pay. I also was calling in '06, '07 for doing something about the mortgage crisis, because I saw every day from Wall Street literally to main streets across New York how a well-functioning financial system is essential. So when I raised early warnings about early warnings about subprime mortgages and called for regulating derivatives and over complex financial products, I didn't get some big arguments, because people sort of said, no, that makes sense. But boy, have we had fights about it ever since." [Hillary Clinton's Remarks at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd in San Diego, 9/04/14]

...

[Poor Wall St] Well, you know what Bob Rubin said about that. He said, you know, when he came to Washington, he had a fortune. And when he left Washington, he had a small ...You go to Washington. Right. But, you know, part of the problem with the political situation, too, is that there is such a bias against people who have led successful and/or complicated lives. You know, the divestment of assets, the stripping of all kinds of positions, the sale of stocks. It just becomes very onerous and unnecessary." [Goldman Sachs Builders And Innovators Summit, 10/29/13]

...

So, you know, the Simpson-Bowles framework and the big elements of it were right. The specifics can be negotiated and argued over. But you got to do all three. You have to restrain spending, you have to have adequate revenues, and you have to have growth. And I think we are smart enough to figure out how to do that. [Clinton Speech For Morgan Stanley, 4/18/13]

When I Got To The State Department, It Was Still Against The Rules To Let Most -- Or Let All Foreign Service Officers Have Access To A Blackberry

So I think that Keystone is a contentious issue, and of course it is important on both sides of the border for different and sometimes opposing reasons, but that is not our relationship. And I think our relationship will get deeper and stronger and put us in a position to really be global leaders in energy and climate change if we worked more closely together. And that's what I would like to see us do. [Remarks at tinePublic, 6/18/14]

[TPP? NAFTA? etc.] My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for every person in the hemisphere. [05162013 Remarks to Banco Itau.doc, p. 28]

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #32 - Can Hillary Pretend to Oppose Iran Deal "as she did ...on TPP"?

Are Hillary Clinton's positions genuine? Email 32 contains this paragraph about Hillary Clinton shifting positions on TPP and the Iran Deal:

4, Hillary cannot oppose the agreement given her position as the President's Secretary of State and should urge its approval by Congress under Corker-Cardin. But she can and should point out concerns with it (as she did, unfortunately from my perspective, on TPP/TPA). More broadly, she should appear more muscular I her approach than the President's. The statement I suggested a few months ago still would be appropriate. But she should also say the following:

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #2034- Her Team's Thoughts on Obama and Israel

Are Hillary Clinton's positions genuine? Email 32 contains this paragraph about Hillary Clinton shifting positions on TPP and the Iran Deal:

The Obama White House-Bibi relationship is obviously deteriorating to the point of no return. It is more poisonous than US-Israeli relationship in my lifetime.

...

If and when an Iran framework agreement is announced this week, this combustible situation will explode. I sent you a lengthy memo March 17 on the Iran nuclear talks, based upon my chairmanship of the Atlantic Council's Iran Task Force.

...

She should express grave concern for the increase in anti-Semitism in Europe and violent attacks by radical Islamic terrorists (Obama refuses to use this term; she will need to decide what language to use and then stick with it) against Jews in Europe (Paris, Toulouse, Malmo) which conflate their hatred of Israel with Jews in their country.

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #2007- Looking for a Transparency Advocate to Support Clinton's Email Stance

In order to counter-attack about Clinton's emails, her team looks for someone to require House members to have their emails disclosed -- but they're only going to do it because they know it won't pass.

The other question is whether there is a member who would introduce a bill to end the FOIA exemption for Members of Congress? They should be just as transparent as they're demanding HRC be. It would put the focus on the Members keeping their emails private and would never actually pass.

...

We either need an HRC advocate OR someone who wants to make a name for themselves on good government/transparency (and doesn't mind pissing some

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1950- Calculating Keystone Stance, Disdain for Environmentalists

In this email, Clinton's team discusses coordination with Obama about when to choose a position on the Keystone pipeline. Even they think it's questionable that Bill Clinton got $1M from the pipeline backers.

The enviros may latch onto this going forward. Have we discussed when she will come out against Keystone? After POTUS vetoes? and more than $1 million in payments to Mr. Clinton by a Canadian bank and major shareholder in the Keystone XL

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1941- Disappointment with Clinton's Political Position on the TPP

From a International Firm Lawyer...Is she really against the TPP?

> P.S. On the unrelated issue of TPP, I am disappointed with the position Hillary took. Of course, I am fully aware of the politics of the issue, but she could have stressed the geo-political advantage of passing it, in terms of combating Chinese influence in Asia. Also, the environmental groups seem positive. She might have dealt with the deficiencies in the trade area by bilateral side agreements, as with NAFTA. Her position will complicate an already difficult fight to pass TPP; its defeat would be a gift to China.

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1903- What's in Clinton Cash

The Clinton team gets very concerned when they hear 60 Minutes was looking into the Clinton Foundation. And apparently there's a "foundation team"

Yes, the foundation team heard that 60 minutes was looking into it. That's one of the reasons we desperately want to get the book ahead of time.

And from email #1845:

Marc, can we communicate with Brock about getting a copy of this Clinton Cash book? We need it very urgently if possible.

Email #1537:

While on the phone on a different topic, HRC raised Clinton Cash convo with Jake and me. It was a difficult conversation. So folks should be ready to explain why we don't think a video makes sense. > > Moreover, my impression is she wants a much stronger response. Which means engaging more on details that we have to date not found in our interest to do so.

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1418- CNN Asks Favor From Clinton Foundation Re Interview

From Christiane Amanpour to a Clinton Foundation Staffer

You may have received a voice mail from me on your cell phone, but I wanted to send congratulations to President Clinton on securing the release of the two American journalists. I would also like to ask whether it would be possible to help move ahead my request to interview Kim Jong Il. I know you accompanied the President on this fascinating trip. Getting a first hand look and feel for Kim Jong Il is incredibly valuable. I myself have been to Pyongyang with the NY Philharmonic last year, and later in June '08 as one of a very small group of journalists invited to witness and report the destruction of the Yongbyon cooling tower. During my trip I was the only journalist to hold an exclusive meeting with Kim Gae Gwan, the chief nuclear negotiator who welcomed President Clinton upon his arrival. I pressed my case for an interview then and am obviously keen to keep doing so.

I have a new program that launches September 21st, nightly in Prime Time on CNN International and weekly on CNNUSA. If it were on air now I would have tried my best for President Clinton of course, and I extend a standing invitation for him to appear on my program. If there are any leads with the North Korean leadership you could help me pursue, I would be most grateful.

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1307- Blame the Arabs

On ISIS and what other countries have to do:

We can throw some more shade at the Arabs, though. Dan and I have an idea.

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1309- Clinton, Bush, and Trickle Down

In discussing a Jeb Bush speech, one email says "It's a scary new wrapping paper for trickle down. Very much in synch with what we're hearing in groups."

The response: "Very little in this speech that HRC wouldn't say.... "

Hillary Clinton Wikileaks Email #1292- Buddy Buddy Journalists

PIR, Jen, and I spoke and the consensus is to get the facts out there without going nuclear at this point (doesn't mean we can't do more later). We're gave a friendly (Hunter Walker at Business Insider) our statement in full so that it's out there and we'll see what else he asks for. Some talking points are going out to surrogates now.
