As 2013 comes to a close, Lorde is not only spending her time soaking in her four Grammy nominations, but has also released dates for her Spring 2014 North American Tour.

The young and already successful New Zealander has been nominated for four Grammy awards, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Lorde also recently made an appearance and performed her famous single "Royals" at the live Grammy Nomination Concert in Los Angeles.

The star is reigning in her success and pleased that her single "Royals" has ruled the Billboard Hot 100 Chart at the #1 spot for nine weeks and counting, and has also topped the charts in over 45 other countries around the world, selling over 7.5 million copies.

Lorde has already become the youngest artist to write all of her own materiel and to top the US Billboard charts, as well as the youngest artist to top the charts since 1987.

Earlier in the month, Lorde released the video for her newest single "Team", which is currently climbing the charts and sure to reach high status with "Royals".

The single "Team" is currently ranked as #1 greatest spin gainer on the Alternative Radio charts, and has climbed to the #4 spot on iTunes' Alternative Singles Chart.

In March, Lorde and her band will set out to travel around the states for a 16-date tour, starting in Austin, stopping in New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, Houston and Oakland.

If 2013 has been this successful for the young star, we can't wait to see what 2014 has in store for the 17 year-old vocalist.
