This past October, Fronds released their debut self titled LP via Do Not Disturb Records.

Dylan Tidyman-Jones, who has also gone to produce under the name The Mallard, began to produce under the name Fronds in 2012. His new album 'Fronds' is "a record enveloped in texture, with each track containing deeply layered instruments working to emit a melancholic haze".

The work of Tidyman-Jones is a mix of Beach House and Washed Out, both extremely successful bands and artists with mixes of electronic and indie pop/rock genres.

Tidyman-Jones started the idea of Fronds' by producing a psychedelic dream pop album with Robert Jackson.

Vocals floats over "a foundation of finger-plucked guitars, electro-acousting drums, bass, claps, Giallo score textures and FX slathered toy keys".

The band spent time touring and performing along the West Coast, and there are only bigger plans in store for 2014 - stay tuned!
