The Ebola Virus spread is the topic on everyone's mind this week, and didn't escape the radar of comedian Colin Quinn, and Opie & Jim Norton Thursday morning.

Jim is scared to lick the NYC Subway chairs, as he "normally does." The struggle is real.

"It's like a salad bowl full of diarrhea," he said about the "copious" amount of bodily fluid you need to be exposed to in order to be infected.

"It's a great name for a f***ing band." (We have to agree. Perhaps: the smooth jazz trio, Salad Bowl Full of Diarrhea.)

But back to the virus of the year, Jim doesn't buy the media.

He argues that they are trying to quell panic by informing the public they need to be in contact with a large amount of bodily fluid to be in danger, when really, you only need to be exposed to a little bit of bodily fluids for the virus to latch on.

"We're trying to stop wide spread panic--which would also be a good name for a band," Quinn chimed in. (Which, in fact, it already is.)

"Then people are going to be Grateful Dead," Jim said. Touche.

It's times like these we're grateful to be alive to hear comedians make light of the black plague of the 21st century.
